Are all my payments and transactions safe?

All transactions with Hatton Naturals are completely safe. We use the same networks that retail stores use when you make a credit card purchase in person and we never store your credit card data.

All we need is you company name, contact info and your EIN/Tax ID (for US based businesses) or Business number (Canada US based businesses)

Does Hatton Naturals accept international orders?

We currently accept orders to Canada and all states of the USA only.

How much is the shipping fee to my location?

Shipping fees are calculated based on where the desired location to receive the delivery is. You can calculate the fees on the cart page. You will be given a list of shipping methods with their fees as well.

I sent you an email or left a voicemail - when should I expect a response?

Our commitment is to promptly respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours. Please be advised that our office is closed during weekends and holidays. We assure you that your inquiry is important to us, and if you require urgent attention, kindly send us another note to indicate the urgency, and we will endeavor to make necessary arrangements.

We strive to offer the very best in organic and natural products. We have a passion for top quality organic products that are developed in farms that exemplify organic and sustainable farming practices, resulting in the best selection for our customers, while doing what’s best for the planet.

At Hatton Naturals we maintain the utmost level of quality assurance through our long-standing and trusted relationships with source farms and factories, as well as comprehensive laboratory testing. These tests serve as the primary source of documentation for heavy metals, microbes, bacteria, residue, and other factors that impact the safety and purity of our products.

To further ensure the veracity of our claims, we engage third-party quality and safety organizations such as the USDA and COR to conduct audits. This double auditing process guarantees that our products maintain organic integrity and are accurately represented and held to the highest standards.

Through our unwavering commitment to building relationships, maintaining documentation, conducting thorough laboratory testing, providing ongoing training, and leveraging our experience, we can confidently stand behind the quality and safety of our products.

How do you source your products?

We source most of our products from small and medium family farms, or collectors, that exemplify organic and sustainable farming practices. This form of Direct Fair Trade eliminates the middleman, giving farmers the most return for their efforts.

We believe that establishing a sustainable system for all stakeholders is the key to developing socio-economic standards of small & marginalized organic farmers benefiting everyone from producer to consumer.

How are your products packaged?

Our smallest and mid pack sizes come in FDA food grade, organic compliant bags. The largest case sizes are generally packed in corrugated boxes with organic , food compliant inner lining or in kraft sacks.

When do your products expire?

We take great care to ensure that our products are sourced at the peak of freshness, typically from the latest harvest, and we have a rapid product turnover rate to maintain optimal quality. Some temperature-sensitive products, such as flowers, are kept in temperature controlled storage. 

When stored in optimal conditions - cool, dry, dark, and airtight - most dried ingredients can maintain their quality for at least 2-3 years from the date of opening.

Are all of your products organic?

All products are certified organic except a few. These products are organically grown or wild-harvested but aren’t certified organic. The non-certified products would be displayed without the USDA logo.

Are all of your products GMO-Free?

Yes, certified organic assures no genetic modification 

Are your products Gluten-Free?

All products we currently offer are naturally Gluten-Free. However, it is important to note that we are not a gluten-free facility and do not conduct testing or rating of the gluten content of our products. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that all of our products are entirely free from gluten.

That being said, we have implemented stringent standard operating procedures to prevent cross-contamination during our packaging process. We believe that customers who are simply seeking to reduce their gluten intake should have no issues with our products.

However, we advise that individuals who are highly sensitive to gluten should only consider purchasing products from a certified facility. While we maintain high standards for cleanliness and safety, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of gluten in our facility.

Are your products Kosher?

Most products we offer are naturally Kosher as they are not modified or contain any additives. We are currently not Kosher certified but hope to be in the near future.

Do you provide CoAs?

Yes, we do! We test all materials in 3rd party labs. CoAs can be found in our CoA database.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently do not offer free shipping.

When you see free shipping offers, generally the cost of shipping is factored into product pricing. By keeping our shipping costs separate, we can ensure that you know exactly what you are paying for each item, without any hidden fees or added variables. Additionally, shipping costs can vary based on a variety of factors, such as distance, current gas prices and weight, and we believe that it is important to provide our customers with accurate and fair pricing that reflects these differences.

What's the best way to place an order?

We highly recommend placing your order with us online for the fastest and most reliable service. Our online store is available 24 hours a day and offers up-to-date information on product availability, pricing, and shipping options. By finalizing your order and payment online, we can ensure the fastest possible processing times for your order.

What is your order processing time?

Our general processing time is up to 3 business days. Rest assured, we generally try to get order out as soon as possible.

How long will my package take to arrive?

The transit time varies based on the shipping service selected and your location. We mostly ship via UPS Ground, which could take up to 3 working days from the date the package is shipped.

USPS orders could take longer.

I’m in a rush. How can I receive my order sooner?

As a small and dedicated team, we strive to provide fast and efficient service to our customers. We process orders based on the date they are received, and we recommend placing your order well in advance to account for any unforeseen delays in shipping, processing, or stock availability. While we cannot guarantee specific shipping times, UPS offers a range of shipping options, including next-day delivery, which can be selected at checkout. Please note that processing times can take up to three business days. If you have any special instructions or requests, please feel free to leave a comment when placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

How do I change an order that was placed?

To ensure that we maintain the high level of quality and service you expect from Hatton Naturals, please carefully review your order before submitting it. Once your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or additions for any reason. We appreciate your understanding and attention to detail, and we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shopping experience.ve no order minimum so if you forgot something, you can always place another order.

How do I make an address correction?

We kindly ask that you review all order details, including billing, shipping, and product size and quantity, before finalizing your purchase. In the event that you need to update your shipping address, please email us as soon as possible to avoid any additional fees. 

If your order has already shipped and an address correction is required, a $13 fee from the courier may apply. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address and your shipment is held at a depot, it is your responsibility to contact the courier and arrange for redirection to the correct address.

Do you provide samples?

We currently do not, as they will have an affect on our product pricing.

Most products are available in 1 lb pack sizes for any R&D and recipe testing purposes.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Yes we do!
